Employees

Shop mode (default): One owner/admin login is enough — anyone at the shop can punch on the shared account.
Personal logins (optional): Create a username + password for them (they can sign in right away). If you skip email, they’ll be asked for a personal email on first login. Owner can reset their password anytime. Use Edit for team board, reports, units, Excel.
Names & history: Renaming keeps hours attached. Delete archives them as Name (removed).

💾 Data Storage & Backups

Download a full backup of your company's data (employees, vehicles, and time entries) as a JSON file. You can also import a cloud backup or an offline app backup (timeclock-backup-*.json / master timeclock-data.json).
